The project was decided in April 2018 in Xiamen during the GA of CIPSH. There was a unanimous vote in favour of it. It is clearly stated that the working group will propose a project for which it is responsible for the concept, schedule and design. A report will be regularly submitted to ICPHS throughout the process. It is also recognized that a link to the World Humanities Report will be maintained throughout the process.
